The student loan crisis in this country is at its peak, with “1 in 3 loans in some stage of default” according to an article by David Weliver of Money Under 30. American student loan debt totals more than $1.2 trillion today and many are asking college students and recent grads, “is your student loan debt worth it?”

That’s the main question that Weliver, who was in himself in serious debt in his 20’s, is asking young people for a documentary he’s got in the works. Broke, Busted & Disgusted “addresses the student loan crisis and offers solutions that are pro-education, but anti-debt.”

If you want to weigh in on this issue, Weliver is inviting comments and input from you.
